OIFC is a boutique, single physician medical practice that offers medical and cosmetic treatments for our patients in a stress-free environment. We are an inclusive medical office that strives to make each patient know they are cared for and important. As a physician owned private practice, OIFC has no physician extenders (NP/PA/RN) on staff. Every patient is treated by Dr. Manson, a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon.
Lunula Laser For Toenail Fungus
Millions of Americans suffer from toenail fungus, also called onychomycosis, and up until now it has been very hard to resolve. It can be unsightly, uncomfortable, and embarrassing – holding you back from activities you enjoy. While it most likely won’t cause any other serious health issues, it can be painful and unattractive.
Hammertoe Surgery
Hammertoe surgery is a unique procedure that Dr. Manson performs, oftentimes along with bunion surgery. Hammertoe surgery allows you to weight bear immediately, and get back into a gym shoe in a short amount of time!
Tailor's Bunion Surgery
A Tailor’s bunion (also called a bunionette) is a bony prominence that occurs on the outside side of the foot at the base of the little toe. The Tailor’s bunion is the rounded end of the fifth metatarsal bone (the bone on the outside of the forefoot leading to the 5th toe) that is slowly splaying away from the outer side of the foot.
Bunion Surgery
Bunion surgery is usually fully or partially covered by insurance if it is painful for you. Coverage by insurance is always checked prior to performing the surgery so you are aware of any costs to you.
Toe Shortening Surgery
Toe shortening is a unique procedure that Dr. Manson performs, oftentimes along with bunion surgery. Toe shortening surgery allows you to have a healthy, pain-free, beautiful foot!
5th Digit Hammertoe Surgery
Fifth digit hammertoes can be troublesome for a patient not only cosmetically, but also functionally. The 5th digit is the small or pinky toe, and a hammertoe is when it curls permanently. A 5th digit hammertoe can rub inside of shoes and cause a painful corn or even an open wound to form.
